HOUSE WASH, AUCKLAND & NORTH SHORE

The house wash is from the outside of the gutters to the ground including all joinery. Cleaning the outside of all mould, algae, fungus, dirt and cobwebs. If you have timber joinery we hand wash the windows and doors to help prevent water from getting inside. We also do a basic window clean by scrubbing the windows with a soft brush and rinsing. This leaves them looking good but doesn’t guarantee they are streak-free. For a perfect result, we can give a window cleaning quote.

There are TWO options:

SOFT WASH uses a wide fan tip, the water pressure is so low you can put your hand directly over it. The reason you can use such low pressure is due to the cleaning agents that are used which are Sodium Hypochlorite(bleach), Citrus degreaser and detergent. This is the most gentle way of cleaning your house and roof, which prevents damage from high-pressure water blasting. It also has the longest lasting results killing mould and algae more effectively preventing it from coming back for 12 to 16 months depending on location.

MEDIUM PRESSURE WASH which uses Citrus degreaser and detergent. This is a more eco-friendly option as it doesn’t use Sodium Hypochlorite(bleach). There is the possibility of doing damage by using more pressure if the paint isn’t in good condition or if the paint is oxidising. You can tell if your paint is oxidising by running your finger down the wall and a chalk like residue will be left on your finger. If using pressure with oxidising paint it can leave a patchy appearance.
